Engineer Sri. Ram Agarwal
Technical Associates Limited, was founded by Engineer Sri. Ram Agarwal – a Civil Engineer from Thompson College (now IIT Roorkee), and father of Mr. Vishnu Agarwal.
As an Engineer with the Irrigation department of United Provinces (now the state of Uttar Pradesh), Sri Ram Agarwal had been associated with the some of the biggest engineering achievements of India including several dams and irrigation projects. TAL’s philosophies and vision are an extension of his thoughts – which continue to guide the management team till today. TAL works on the principles of Leadership, Accountability, Integrity & Transparency, Respect, Innovation, Diversity and Customer Relations.
Contribution to society through our business activities is the guiding philosophy behind all our endeavours. We will contribute to society as we:
